Windows 10: encountered a non-retryable error and could not start

Hi,Very recently my computer had issue starting, it would keep the VGA light on on the motherboard, and just show a black screen after the white underscore.After a lot of forced boot, it can finally boot normally and works normally. But if I restart it's the same roulette for boot.I had an issue where I kept seeing empty USB drives appearing and disappearing in "This PC".With an USB event log viewer I managed to find that it looked like it was my printer, so I disconnected and reconnected it's USB, and that behaviour seemed to have stopped, althought I didn't restart yet for obvious reasons.My
