Windows 10: Window inaccessible off-screen in Remote App

We run several applications on servers that the users access through a RemoteApp link on their desktop. These are not full RDP sessions; the user just gets the application in a window on their desktop. When the application pops up a window off-screen, the user can't see it or use the usual tools Alt-Space, Win+arrow keys to move it back into position. I can replicate this by opening a RemoteApp session, selecting an option that would pop up a new window and then minimizing that window. The current fix is to notify our help desk and have someone kill the user's session from the server.My firs

Remote app for android

I recently traded in my iphone for an android, and just realized that hippo remote is iphone only. I'm looking for a similar app for android so I can use it as a remote for my htpc. Any suggestions?

HP Connected Remote is an app that comes preinstalled on select Windows HP computers. I would suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it resolves this issue.

• On the Windows 10 Start screen, type hp connected remote.
• Click HP Connected Remote from the Apps search results.
• Click Settings, and make sure Enable HP Connected Remote is turned On.

Windows 10 - Remote Desktop Connection

• What is the Make and Model of your Computer?
• Since when are you facing this issue?

There's a Remote Desktop App available in Windows 10. Follow the steps below to find it:

• Click the Search Bar which is in the Task Bar.
• Type in Remote Desktop App .
• Once it pops up click on it and follow the on screen instructions to use it.
