    How to change encoding system to UTF-8?


    I have this issue withe encoding system is fixed ANSI as default in Windows Notepad 11.2410.20.0 How can I change it from the system settings itself to another encoding system? With this encoding system I cannot read my old files from old systems, I tried to re "save as" and changed encoding system to UTF-8, still not solved.When I open with the "WORD" shows me the encoding system need to be chosen first to make it readable.I hope the screen shots vary clear.
