Windows 10: PC keeps freezing after Windows 11 update

Since updating to Windows 11 version 24H2 KB5046740 on my PC 11th gen Intel i7-11700K processor and 64 GB RAM I've been experiencing a major problem. Whenever a popup from 'Settings' opens, such as “Select an app to open this 'xxx' link”, my entire PC freezes, and I have to restart it by using Ctrl+Alt+Del. I've tried using the troubleshooters, but they don't show any issues. I've also run both 'SFC /scannow' and 'DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth', but again, nothing shows as wrong. There haven't been any changes to any other apps or settings on the PC since before this update. I've

Windows 11 freezes while booting

Hello, I have a problem with my windows 11.

Sometimes my PC will freeze while boot, it only freezes if I:

• Turn on the PC
  
• Reset PC
  
• Reboot / Restart PC
  
• Restart for update
  
• Enter advance / Recovery mode
  

and how can I solve this problem because I'm resetting this PC. if this problem occurs during the process of course it will be damaged, as well as while updating windows.

Is there any solution for this issue?, i Will appreciate your suggestion.
