Windows 10: Help remove BitLocker Recovery from 2 hard drives

Help remove BitLocker Recovery from 2 drives, I had to re-install Windows 11 and 2 of my drives are encrypted, I do have the recovery keys for the drives and can unlock them but would like to remove the BitLocker Recovery from the drives entirely without loosing any data, wondering if this is possible. I have tried to go to the BitLocker Drive Encryption settings in Windows but it keeps wanting me to upgrade to Windows 11 Pro for $130CAD which I would rather not do. Is there any other options for removing the BitLocker Recovery from 2 hard drives, thanks. I think what happened is I changed my

I suggest you to perform below mentioned steps to disable BitLocker.

To disable BitLocker I would suggest you try the following steps and see if it helps.

• 
  Press Windows key + X and click on
  Control Panel.
  
• 
  Change View by from Category
  to Large Icons/Small Icons.
  
• 
  Click on BitLocker Drive Encryption and click on
  Turn BitLocker Off.
  
• 
  Follow on screen instructions. Click on Decrypt the Drive
  when the message appears.

Please follow the suggestions below and check if you are able to boot to your desktop.

• Places to look for your BitLocker key:
  • On a printout you saved. Look in places you keep important papers.
    
  • Saved on a USB flash drive. Plug the USB flash drive into your locked PC and follow the instructions. If you saved the key as a text file on the flash drive, use a different computer to read the text file.
  • In your Microsoft account. To get your recovery key, go to
    BitLocker Recovery Keys.

• Or ask someone for help:
  • Ask someone with administrator privileges on the same PC to unlock it with their key.
  • If your PC is connected to a domain (usually a work or school computer), ask a system administrator for your recovery key
