Windows 10: different fonds on desktop and settings

Hello i need some help the computer just changed my fonts they became blurry and sometimes hard to read i already tried to set the settings back but nothing changed i added 2 images that show the difference between the words i write in chrome and i see on my desktop and the second is what i see on my settings and the start bar so i now have 2 different fonds please help

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
