My son's account seems to have been deleted. I don't know how this happened..Is there anyway to get it back or even check how this happened.He is distraught.YoursRobert

Child's account history not showing up in Microsoft Family Safety

Just to confirm, have you tried using a different browser and check if the issue persists? Since doing the steps provided on the link didn't help you resolve your concern, we would suggest you to recreate your son's account on the Alienware computer. To
do so, kindly follow the steps below:

• Go to Settings.
• Click Accounts.
• Click Family and other
  users.
• Click Sign in with
  a local account instead (to convert her account to a local account).
• After doing so, delete the local account. To delete a local account, kindly follow the steps below:
  • Go to Settings.
  • Click Accounts.
  • Click Family and other
    users.
  • Click the local account and then, click Remove.
  • A new window will open, click Delete account and data.
• After deleting the local account, re-link the Microsoft account of your son as a user, then add it to your family.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble adding your son to your family safety group. The error code you provided is not familiar to me. However, according to Microsoft Support, you can try the following steps to fix the issue:

• Make sure that your son’s account is a child account and not an adult account.
  
• Check if your son’s account is already part of another family group. If it is, then you need to remove it from that group first before adding it to your family group.
  
  - let him login to family.microsoft.com to check if he belongs to a family group or not
  
• Try adding your son’s account again after a few hours or days.

Microsoft 365 family accounts

Hi Robert, My name is Ahmet, and I am an Independent Advisor. I hope you're well, I'm sorry that you are experiencing this issue. I'd be more than happy to assist you.

1. Set up your Microsoft 365 Family Account

Sign in to your Microsoft Accounthttps://account.microsoft.com/)

Go to the Microsoft Account page and sign in.

Go to the Family and Other Contacts section:

Click "Family" from the left menu.

Add Family Members:

Click the "Add family member" button.

Add your son and grandchildren by selecting "Child" or "Adult".

Send invitations by entering their email addresses.

2. Appoint Family Members as Organisers

Family Members List:

In the Family section, you will see the list of family members you have added.

Set Your Son as Organiser:

Click "Make member" or "Make organiser" next to your son's name.

Follow the instructions to set your son as an organiser.

3. Family Safety Settings

Microsoft Family Safety App:

Go to the Microsoft Family Safety page.(https://account.microsoft.com/family)

Once you have added family members, from here you can enable your son to become an organiser and manage his children's access rights.

Download the Family Safety App:

Download the Microsoft Family Safety app on your son's phone or computer (available on Google Play or the App Store).

Manage Access and Permissions:

As a regulator, your son can manage his children's screen time, app usage, and other settings.

When you add child accounts, your son can set permissions and access rights for those accounts.

4. Microsoft 365 Sharing

Microsoft 365 Subscription Sharing:

Go to the Microsoft 365 Family page.

In the "Share your subscription" section, define subscription rights for the family members you added.

By following these steps, you can share your Microsoft 365 family account with your son and grandchildren and give your son control over his children. In this way, your son can easily manage and monitor his children's digital activities.
