Windows 10: Self Build keeps crashing when under a little load 2 years since built it

I have a Windows 11 pc that I built on my winter break 2022. I got the parts for christmas and the pc has been work well science I bult it. I'm not sure if this is related to the problem but a few weeks ago I cleaned my pc by using a toothbrush to wipe off the dust on the fans. It was still working fine but a few days later my pc started to power off randomly. I ran a few test and whenever on cinevench2024 I do a test with multicore my pc does the samething and crashes. My pc specks are as followed:11th Gen IntelR CoreTM i7-11700K @ 3.60GHz16.0 GB Ram 2x 8 GB sticksAMD Radeon RX 6600Cruc

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

 

build 16251.1000 loads 2 instances of IE on startup

Apps that are added to Start-up will automatically load once Windows opens. To check the list of apps included on the Start-up and delete them, follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key + R to launch Run command.
• Type shell:startup to see the list. Note: You might be prompted to login using an administrator account.
• Look for Internet Explorer on the list.
• Right-click on it then delete to remove it from start-up.
• Once done, restart your PC and see if issue will be resolved.

Computer crashing a little bit after it loads

We appreciate your response. Since safe mode works fine, the culprit might possibly be a third party application, process. and/or services. We recommend that you follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue:
