Windows 10: svchost.exe creates TMP files every second.

Hi,After updating the system, I noticed that the laptop began to glitch.I went into the Temp folder, and I had 7500 TMP files there and one new one was created every second.The content of these files is: ---------------------------Copyright c 1993-2009 Microsoft Corp.## This is a sample HOSTS file used by Microsoft TCP/IP for Windows.## This file contains the mappings of IP addresses to host names. How to change location of MSI????.tmp file

You may change the location of the .tmp file by following the steps provided below:

• Go to This PC.
• Right-click This PC, and then select Advanced System Setting.
• Click Environment Variables.
• Under system variable, double-click tmp and change the path for the file of your reference.

On windows 10, how to change the location of MSI?????.tmp file (ex. msi1a234.tmp), if a MSIsamplefile.msi is run on a dir. under D: drive it creates these files in root of D:\ drive
