Windows 10: Using PowerDirector on Windows 11 – Any Tips for Best Performance?

Hi,I recently started using PowerDirector for video editing on my Windows 11 laptop. It works great for the most part, but sometimes it feels a bit slow when working with 4K videos.Does anyone have tips to optimize performance on Windows 11? Maybe some settings I can tweak, or should I consider upgrading my hardware?Also, are there any alternatives that run more smoothly on Windows?Thanks in advance!

Unable to delete useless powerdirector folder.

First try to uninstall Cyberlink PowerDirector in Apps and Features. If it is not listed, there, then download Revo Uninstaller. If the app isn't in the list use Hunter Mode to drag the bullseye to a file in the PowerDirector folder to uninstall.

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
