Windows 10: A Weird Windows Explorer behavior after 24h2 update

This glitch in Windows Explorer started, for me anyway, immediately after a 24h2 update yesterday, and is still on.The See More ... Context Menu is opening above the screen, so it's partially hidden. Some kind of animation catapultsalmost all the menu above the screen. Any way to get it open normally? Thanks in advance!Here is the glitch in action:https://imgur.com/a/rOsmZbY

are you running IE7? if not that wouold be my first suggestion,upgrade to ie7 that can fix some stability issues with windows explorer

• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
