    I upgraded my computer and did not realize my Windows 10 license was applicable for Windows 11, so I purchased a product key. How do I get a refund for an unused key?

    Can I refund a product key that was bought?

    I would like to refund a product key that was bought on April 4th, 2023, at 12;14 AM. For some reason my hardware had a reset and my windows deactivated so I bought a Microsoft product key to activate windows 10, but I was able to find a backup product key from Registry Editor so I was wondering if I could get a refund.

    Hi Greg,

    Thank you for the assistance. I think it will be just easier to download a product key for the Pro Version. Do you know if microsoft will refund me for the Home version product key? I do not see a refund option in my order history for this.
