Windows 10: "Install driver to show hardware" issue

Hi Microsoft Team;First off all please excuse me if I do grammer mistakes, it's not my primary language. I just bought a new gaming laptop. It's Freedos and I'm trying to install Windows 11 x64 in it. I downloaded the installer as iso. from your original website. I used the Rufus 4.6 to put it in my USB flash drive, it sets all the options automatically and i double checked it, all of them was correct. I changed the boot que to USB first and I started to installation. But im having a window it says "Install driver to show hardware" and i stuck there. Secure boot is on, boot que is right, Tpm d

If you having an issue installing a driver that worked before you formatted or wont install on a fresh build, sometimes this means hardware damage

 

Optical Drive Issue

Assuming I did the steps correctly, this is where I am now.

Screenshot 12 shows my CD Disc shortcut on my desktop.
Screenshot 10 shows the CD Drive shortcut listed in the “Send to” listing.
Screenshot 11 shows the “Send to” listing after the steps were taken, but the CD drive name is not listed.

So, it appears the steps did not work for me. And, I did try the steps, “If it still won’t do ……” and still no luck.

What do you think?

1. What is the make and model of the computer?

I suggest you to try the steps listed in
troubleshoot blue screen errors and check if it works.

Meanwhile you may also go through:

1. troubleshoot CRITICAL_STRUCTURE_CORRUPTION
2. troubleshoot CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED
3. troubleshoot SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
