Windows 10: Windows 10 - attempted execute of noexecute memory - blue screen

I was working in Cricut Design Space when the screen went blue and I got the error message "attempted execute of noexecute memory". This has happened 5 or 6 times in the last 2 days. I searched for this issue and only found suggestions for Win11 and I wasn't sure if I should try them. ATTEMPTED EXECUTE OF NOEXECUTE MEMORY Blue Screen of Death error appears when a device driver attempts to execute a program from a non-executable area of the memory. An error in the RAM (Random Access Memory) can also cause this BSOD error.

Windows 10 BSOD-Attempted execute of noexecute memory

I keep getting blue screen msg: "Attempted execute of noexecute memory". I'm using microsoftoffice 365 and have the latest version of Windows 10. It has only happened since the latest version update.

ATTEMPTED EXECUTE OF NOEXECUTE MEMORY Blue Screen of Death error appears when a device driver attempts to execute a program from a non-executable area of the memory. An error in the RAM (Random Access Memory) can also cause this BSOD error.

If you are using a built-in webcam, then, update the webcam driver and check if that helps.

• Press 'Windows key + X' and choose 'Device Manager'.
• Under 'Imaging devices', right-click on the webcam driver and update the driver.
