Windows 10: I have tried to convert my disk:1 from MBR to GPT, but without succes.

I have watched the tutorial made by microsoft, and have tried what multiple people have suggested in other treads, but these havent been of any help. People have said that you can only convert the drives with the OS on it. My disk:0 has the OS on it, and that disk is already on GPT. When i use the MBR2GPT /validate /disk:1 /allowFullOS command this is my output, Failed to retrieve geometry for disk 1[gle=0x000001b1] . Im on Windows 11 and trying to enable secure boot, which is possible but makes that i cannot use my second disk the one in MBR. Is there any other way i can convert my drive?

Convert only one partition on the disk from MBR to GPT

There is a way to convert mbr to gpt without data loss. clean command deletes all datas inside the disk, so dont use this command

boot with windows dvd , and get into command prompt

type diskpart , find the disk number , which is need to convert mbr to gpt

say disk number is 0

exit diskpart

type below command in command prompt

mbr2gpt /convert /disk:0

wait for some minutes to complete , once you get commpleted successfuly means, exit and close ,

shutdown the pc , remove windows dvd

important

After the disk has been converted to GPT partition style, the firmware must be reconfigured to boot in UEFI mode.


Make sure that your device supports UEFI before attempting to convert the disk.

Virtual Disk Service error:
Clean is not allowed on the disk containing the current boot,

system, pagefile, crashdump or hibernation volume.

I am having above highlighted error while converting MBR to GPT disk .

please get me the solution.
