Windows 10: Windows 11 Update keeps breaking my Dell XPS 13

My Dell XPS 13 is 4 years old. Initially came with Window 10 installed and had no major issues until Windows 11 tricked me into installing 18 months ago. Since then, no end of problems, mostly with my own frustrations around the lack of customisation of the Taskbar, however more recently my audio driver is being removed on every major Windows update, I regularly have to go through the troubleshooter to reinstall this, otherwise I have no sound or microphone. However since 30/11/24, and again on 15/11/24 and 2/12/24, I have had the same consistent behaviour - first experienced when attemptin

According to Dell's official Windows 10 Creators Update page, the Dell xps 13 9333 is not listed as tested:

You can try a manual upgraded as suggested in my previous reply using the ISO in addition to the 12 steps before upgrading.

Update 1511 keeps installing and, at the and of the process (99%).

I completely erased the system (the long /complete version of the reset), installed nothing else but I keep getting the same error.

we couldn't complete the updates.

undoing changes.

don't turn off your computer.

the machine is a dell xps 13 9350

windows 10 Home, no problem whatsoever until this update, I've been using it since October 2015.

Touchscreen not working Windows 10 Dell XPS 13

Hello

I have a Dell XPS 13 with touchscreen. I upgraded to Windows 10 about a month ago. My touchscreen just one stopped working. I tried the driver updates on Dell website, installed BIOS and few others, and no help. Tried other suggestions from earlier posts
and many of the options (USB devices, pen and touch options) aren't on my computer.

Any suggestions on what to do would be great.
