Windows 10: Xbox controller causing input delay and audio issues

It started about a week ago. Whenever I started to play a game using my elite series 2 controller, after about 20-30 minutes the audio would start cutting in and out followed by insane controller input delay. But the thing is when this happened, I started using mouse and keyboard and the issue went away but as soon as I started using the controller again the audio issues and input delay would immediately come back. Whenever I turn off Bluetooth, turn it back on and reconnect my control, the issues would show up again for another 20-30 minutes again.I've tried:Updating the BiosUpdating the cont

Microphone Causing Input Delay

Thanks a lot for your reply the issue seems to be fixed.

These are the steps I took that helped me:

1. Locate again the said driver
2. Right click on it and select "Update Driver".
3. Next select "Search Automatically..."
4. Restart your computer.
5. If the issue persists, repeat step 1 to 2, and now select "Browse my computer for drivers"
6. Click on "Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer".
7. Make sure the option "Show compatible hardware" is checked.
8. Select Generic device first and click Next. Check your audio input and if the issue is still there, try other device on the list.

Is the controller connected wired or bluetooth?

Are you using Spatial Audio or not ?

1.Try connecting your Xbox Controller wired to see if the problem only appears once connected via Bluetooth.

2.Try turning spatial sound on/off

3.If possible, try changing the sample rate in the advanced tab of your headset.
