Windows 10: I need help I haven't been able to update my pc for months now

I tried resetting my pc and uninstaling windows and installing it again nothing works I've tried everything I need help my pc says it's going to be out of date soon it just keeps saying we couldn't complete the updates undoing changes

pc won`t update

Hi guys, When my PC is checking for updates, I get the following message:

We couldn't connect to the update service. We'll try again later, or you can check now. If it still doesn't work, make sure you're connected to the Internet.

I have no idea what to do. Naturally, my PC IS connected to the internet!

This happens over and over again which means I haven`t been able to update the computer for like 2 months!!

Please advise.

Notifocation of W-10 update genuine? Freezes computer, can"t verify.

Can you or anyone suggest a way to remove the virus? Haven;t been able to enter safe mode. I did trya windows repair program called system restore, which failed at two restore points.
