Windows 10: Unable to log into computer, tried to change PIN, unable to change my PIN

Hello, I was locked out of my computer so I tried to make a new PIN. It said that it had to email me so I could verify that it was me trying to change my PIN. However, it kept saying that it is unable to email me, and then said to go to the website: https://account.live.com/proofs/marklost and change my login information there. So I did that and changed it to a different email account that it could email, for me to verify from. However, now it says that I have to wait 30 days for this to change and I have no way to log into my computer.What can I do to log into my computer?

Unable to Access Windows - PIN and Fingerprint Issues

Hello,

I am experiencing issues accessing my Windows account due to problems with the PIN and fingerprint login. Here are the steps I followed and the issues encountered:

1. I entered an incorrect PIN several times.
   
2. I decided to change the PIN. I successfully logged into my account. and attempted to change the PIN, but an error occurred during the process.
   
3. Now, I am unable to log in using the PIN, and it is blocked for 2 hours.
   
4. I am offered the option to use fingerprint authentication, but it does not work.
   
5. I am not given the option to log in using my password or account credentials, even though I logged in with them when attempting to change the PIN.
   

How can I regain access to Windows?

Password to PIN change for log in to pc

I had my PC to log in with PIN, this has now changed to password and I cannot change it back to PIN in settings. Also I had another family member on my account (child) and he is unable to log in with either password or pin (previously PIN) and forgot password function is not working.

I forgot my PIN, after an update changed the PIN, now I'm unable to change my PIN. I'm going in circles, help!
