Windows 10: How do I find the “current windows password”

I just bought a preowned laptop, I’m trying to sign in and it’ll let me into Microsoft however the next screen says it needs my current windows password one more time? How do I find that or is there a way to bypass that? I just want it to say my name when I log in and what not.

If you see your email address listed there, it must be a Microsoft account. You will be able to reset the password and log in if your PC is connected to internet.
