Windows 10: I have been trying for the last 2 months trying to get my network to work on this laptop

for the last 2 months i have looked at every you tube every troubleshooting and everybody fix and i still have no network on this laptop i can access the internet so that tells me the WiFi adapter is working fine the LapTop is about 6 Months old I had all my NAS drive show up and they disappear for no reason I can get on my desktops and see each of the other computers on the network and all the NAS drives BUT i can only see the MYCLOUD NAS drives on this LapTop I can't see my TerraMaster NAS drive that's the main one that I need access to I can IP into the drive through the LapTop BUT onc

I'm online from my wifi laptop but can't connect to my home network

Nope, I've tried all the steps of all the fixes listed by Dalchina and Try3 but the problem still exists. The W10 laptop refuses to access my main W7 pc (named CG16) on my home network, although it can 'see' it, ie, it shows CG16 in the network list. The only thing I haven't tried is Dalchina's suggestion about creating a shortcut, mainly because I'm not sure where this shortcut is supposed to be. I'm assuming it has to be on the W10 laptop but I don't understand how it could work. More info please, Dalchina, if you'd be so kind. Daymin, sorry: I have no idea what you're trying to say.
