Windows 10: Does Microsoft think customers will continue to put up with their "Customer Support"?

DO NOT USE WINDOWS 11A quick google search shows countless examples of Microsoft's customer support being COMPLETELY USELESS, especially since 2020-Present. The community support is a joke. Go through the threads and it is rare for the support answer to actually fix the issue. Windows 11 is an evolving turd of problems. DO NOT BUY WINDOWS 11. The lack of customer service and competency is mind-boggling, considering the companies worth. Rich enough to not care anymore. I will be returning my new laptop and switching back to Mac since I can at least talk to someone at Apple. The trend of usele

Why does Microsoft Store Support hate customers?

No Email, No Virtual Customer Support.

All there is is a Phone number for customer support.

So I call the phone number they provide, I get a machine. Ask me to Press 2 to continue in english, so I do that.

Then the machine tries and sells me a product. Ask if I'm 50 years or old, and to press 1 for yes or # for no. I press pound, message replies about some element missing and hangs up. I recall get to the same step, press 1. Same thing.

So I seriously must ask Microsoft this.
