Windows 10: i need help win11 is having problems

hello the last couple days i have some weird problems with my windows sometimes if i have my youtube on it stops playing and i cant control my windows any more it freezes somehow i also have random screen of deaths my last screen of death was 2 weeks ago these are small crashes so maybe it wont register in my mini dump

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.
