Windows 10: Sudden decrease of laptop battery capacity

Hi, my laptop is not new by any means, and I do expect the battery health to decrease, however, one day I noticed that my battery discharges faster than usual. After checking the battery report, it looks like the battery capacity see image has decreased from 31,510 mWh on November 3rd to 10th to 17,926 mWh on November 10th - 17th. Then another major decrease from 17,926 mWh to 13,500 mWh. May I know what can be the probable cause of this? Is my battery defective or is there some other underlying cause behind this?

Battery full charge capacity decreased?





As you can probably see from the above image, my battery's full charge capacity has been decreased. Even though I just bought this laptop like 3 months ago, the laptops full charge capacity has been decreased by a huge amount like 5000mWh. I don't know what is causing this I have three questions...

i) What causes a battery to lose its Full Charge Capacity?

ii) Can a full charge capacity be increased (reversed) by using it the right way again?

iii) How can I save my battery from losing it's full charge capacity? Will using it plugged into the charger help it not get decreased?

 

Why my laptop Battery capacity decreasing fast ?

In June, I replaced old battery with new battery and you can see changes in full charge capacity and designed capacity.

And there is a sudden decrease in full charge capacity in one mouth.

I am using my laptop daily and i keep laptop pluged in all the time while using.

why is full charge capacity decreasing fast?

Is keeping laptop plug in after 100% bad ?

Hi, so i decided to update my ssd in my ASUS tuf gaming f15 and for safety reasons i unplugged the battery off the motherboard and then when i decided to plug it back it would'nt turn on unless i used my charger plus my laptop wouldnt detect the battery so i made a research and i found a solution about unplugging and pressing 30 sec the turn on button and it kind of worked but now i looked for a battery report and the capacity decreased so bad and the laptop sometimes stops detecting the battery and i got to plug my laptop to the wall, does this mean my battery is done?
