Windows 10: Why is my miracast not supported?

I get the usual "your pc doesn't support mirrorcast" message when trying to connect to my other devices. I ran Dxdiag and my wddm is 2.7 version so that should be new enough, but when I look farther down, I see that Miracast is still not supported. Can anyone help me figure out why this is?System Information Miracast: Available, no HDCPDisplay Information Miracast: Not Supported

Step 2: Now on your Windows PC, navigate to Start -> Settings -> Devices -> Connected Devices.

Step 3: Click on 'Add a Device' and wait for the adapter to appear in the list.

Now try to connect.
