Windows 10: wch.cn - Ports 3.9.2024.9 windows update

I have several customers with windows 10 / 11, after wch.cn update - Ports 3.9.2024.9, my ERP software that uses serial ports, windows serial stops responding, needing to restart the machine, and use the system until a new crash. Is there a possibility to undo this update? wch.cn - Ports 3.9.2024.9

There's an update in the Catalog posted on 1/9/2024 for the 4 installs, KB5034441 is not listed:
