Windows 10: Dolby/DTS not showing up on spatial sound options.

Desktop: Aegis R2 B14NUE9-683USSystem: Windows 11 Home 23H2I have a speaker system hooked up to my computer, connected through an optical cable. The amp I use Nakamichi AV-10 supports Dolby Digital and DTS surround. I tested the system with the Realtek Digital Output Properties, both Dolby Digital and DTs, and sound came from all speakers. The issue I am having comes from the fact that I have both Dolby Access and DTS Sound Unbound installed from the Microsoft Store, but Dolby Home Theater or DTS is not showing up on the spatial sound options. I tried reinstalling the apps, reinstalling the

Yes, its activated.
A couple of things that confuse me.
I had the Dolby for many years on this laptop even prior to Win 10. I even had the possibility to use the Win EQ which I do not have any more.
I am attaching a screenshot where you can actually see the Dolby. DTS etc..

 

Dolby, DTS and Spatial Sound greyed out

Following a recent issue. I had to do a fresh install of Win 10.
Following that said install, settings for Dolby, DTS and Spatial Sound are completely greyed out. I had access to all of them as I do have the hardware requirements met.
I believe it could be just a matter of installing the proper driver. I looked on the net and found them but I am bit weary about downloading drivers from an unknown source. Non vetted source I guess.
Any ideas what would be the next steps for me to get back this juicy sound I had before ?

PS: It seems I am not the only one that had this issue but no safe solution in sight on the net..

 

Dolby Atmos option not appearing in spatial sound

Hi guys, I have a new soundbar with Dolby Atmos and connected it to my TV and PC. I can open it in the Access App and also test the audio but when it tells me to change spatial sound, i cannot select Dolby Atmos.

I know that there are a lot of topics here but I already tried all things written there as possible solution
