    That is not caused by a problem in Windows, if Windows sees the drive, it is a problem with the Samsung software, it may need to be updated or the firmware on the drive may need to be updated, it is widely reported on the Samsung website, the best first option is to download and re-install the latest version of Samsung Magician, and if that does not solve this, contact Samsung support directly,
