Windows 10: Windows 10-11 blue screen DXGKRNL.SYS + IGDKMDN64.SYS + NTOSKRNL.EXE

Hi everybody.I have already visited several forums and hope that this will solve my problem.A couple of weeks ago, blue screens started popping up on the Acer aspire a715-76g laptop.I tried to install both 11 and 10 Windows.I removed the drivers of the built-in graphics adapter and reinstalled them both from the laptop site and from the intel site itself.I don't know what to do anymore,so I'm contacting here.A couple of facts: during games, blue screens don't pop out.Only when surfing the Internet or on the desktop. Need help with this driver issue, The device was working well before the hdd died and it is unrecoverable. This code i am not getting anything on it., i found for the igdkmd64.sys but not for the igdkmdn64.sys.
