Windows 10: Nvidia file blocking one drive synch? .LOCK_117728

Hello folks,One drive Synch is pending because of a specific file.I tried to find articles that talked about that before posting here - but I can't find that specific file issue.Possibly a solution is the same?I think this might have happened a couple days ago when NVIDIA updated the program.When trying to delete this file I get the typical "file in use" problem; but other than NVIDIA in the background there is no NVIDIA program open.size is zero bytes no other details.Thank you kindly for support suggestion.

If the Calendar is not synching in PC I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps you.

Let's try the below steps and check if it helps to resolve the issue.

Step 1: I suggest you to run the
Troubleshooter for Windows App and see if it helps to resolve the issue.

Step 2: If the issue persists, then I suggest you to
remove and reconfigure the account back in the Mail app.


Reconfiguring the account should force it to sync again and resolve the issue.

  Press Windows key + X.
  
• 
  Click file explorer from the list.
  
• 
  Select the CD/DVD drive and hit Enter.
  
• 
  Select the files you want to copy from the CD/DVD, then select the drive where you want to paste or save.
