Windows 10: Windows 11 Home will not stop turning off my screen

I recently purchased an Acer Predator Helios Neo 16 and am in the process of setting it up the way I want it. I have changed all the options to "never" for screen timeout and sleep mode. I have gone to all variations of my power settings and ensured that all options are set to "never". I have used both terminal and command prompt to do the same. Nothing is working. However, the operating system is completely ignoring these settings. It turns off my screen every three minutes. I have no screensaver or password, and there are no other programs on this computer that could be causing this problem

Problem description: As the title suggests.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enter Windows 11 power-saving mode.
   
2. Click the Windows Focus prompt on the lock screen.
   

Expected result: The login screen should appear and after logging in, the browser should automatically open to view content.

Actual result: The system crashes.

Device information:

• Windows 11 version: 22H2 (22621.1413)
  
• Device: Lenovo Xiaoxin 14 Pro 2021
  
• CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800H
  

Other information:

• When plugged in, the system automatically turns off power-saving mode and cannot be turned on manually. The function works normally.
  
• When unplugged, turn off power-saving mode and the function works normally.
  
• When unplugged, turn on power-saving mode and the system crashes.
