Windows 10: Can anyone help me recover some files?

I have some video files that were deleted and I restored them by some softwares and I got some of the files but most of them were missing a large portion of the size and I can't open them. I tried some repair tools and softwares and some of the googles top shown websites. Those are some important photos and videos. Can anyone help me or suggest anything to repair those files or get some portions of it?

Recover files from Flash drive

Does not work on a windows pc which is what the OP probably intended

windows by default does not have HFS and HFS+ based hard drives.
Able to perform retrieval on both HFS and HFS+ based hard drives. and so will not work with windows
