Windows 10: New PIN set up required and I can’t log in to my computer

My Samsung Galaxy Book 3 Pro just updated and it said I have to set up new PIN. I can’t log in to my laptop for a while now, because even I use the password, it requires a confirmation code. The confirmation code sent to my very old phone number that I don’t use anymore, and I can’t log in to my computer now. I can still get to it on my phone, but can’t on my laptop. What can I do now? I’m a student and I really need my computer to work now for my assignments.

Pin is unavaible and required to log in

When I turn my computer on it now requires a pin to log in to the computer, yet after log in I go into setting to change the pin and it tells me the pin option is unavailable. It is requiring a pin to log in and then telling me the pin option to log in is unavailable on this device.
