Windows 10: Frozen on getting devices ready

It’s been more than 9 hours since I’ve been trying to install a fresh windows 10, every time it gets stuck on “getting devices ready” I tried everything I could find on the internet and nothing worked, the only time it got pass this screen I got blue screen

If your device is working fine in Windows 7/8/8.1, I would suggest you to try the steps provided in the article mentioned below and see if it helps you to fix the issue. Though the article is for Windows 8.1 but steps holds good for Windows 10 too.

I tried to reset my Lumia 620 and its now frozen with the spinning gear display. I tried the steps to finish it, but still no progress. Can You please suggest how to stop this spinning and how can I get my phone ready to use?
