Windows 10: Unexpected kernel mode trap BSOD

Hi there. I’ve been getting an unexpected kernel mode trap blue screen pretty frequently. I can boot into windows but after a few minutes my computer freezes up and I get the blue screen. At some point it said something about ntfs.says, but that hasn’t shown up in the last few times it’s blue screened.I’m currently running a memory diagnostic to see if there’s anything wrong with my memory. I’ve had the same build on my PC for multiple months now and only recently started encountering this error. At first it was once a week, then it was every day, now it’s almost every time I try to use my PC.

Thanks. I'm on with it. A couple of questions 1) Info above mentioned something about Western Digital 5tb corruption - that is my external drive I had plugged in to back up all the files when things started going wrong. Does this indicate my backup files might be corrupted? 2) What is 13A F7 7F 4E please? Also I've uninstalled an extension (adblock plus) from Firefox. Had issues with that before and the problem only started when I started firefox. Bios - .20 was only updated recently by HP Support Assistant - wondered if that had caused issues. Version .21 states you cannot downgrade bios after installing it. Might leave doing that till last! - - - Updated - - - Tuneup.log - Google Drive - - - Updated - - -

Unexpected kernel mode trap BSOD always appears when I try to update Windows 10 or reset the PC.

I've tried many solutions, such as:

-Disconnecting external devices

-Booting in safe mode

-Memory diagnostic

-chkdsk

none of which worked. Any suggestions to this problem would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
