Windows 10: Help me i'm getting driver power state failure blue screen with windows 10.

Hello guys. I need help with my issue. I recently changed my processor 5600X to 5700X3D. I never had bsod before with my old processor 5600X. I'm using 5700X3D for one week. I had just 1 bluescreen but i had 2 freeze in the taskbar for 1 week. I didn't reinstall windows after new processor so maybe this is software issue? I get a lot of the blue screen and it restarts, I have tried all the methods of uninstalling and installing drivers and it still continues. I also restored it to factory state and the problem of "Driver Power State Failure" still appears, could you help me?
