Windows 10: C button didnt work But Shfit + C works and if i press the Capslocks + shift + C the C...

So My C button didnt work if i press it but at the lock screen it works but at google and any apps it didnt work and when i press Shift + Capslock + C the C word become small

I tried the website with the key tester. It shows e.g. that the shift is a c key, but then it sometimes also is a shift key. what is interesting, is that when the shift is in the "capslock mode" "(long pressed) then Alt button shows as being pressed Ctrl
and Alt but sometimes as Alt itself, shift is a C, a capslock, a shift, and the arrow keys do not perform their functions- left and right arrows turn volume down, while up and down scroll pages up or down while at the same time turn volume down.

I tried all your solutions, unfortunately none of them works.

Any other suggestions?

C++ texts

Hi all. Looking for a bit of advice that I hope any of you experienced programmers may help me with. I am currently trying to learn C++, however, I have had 0 experience in the past with programming languages. I had asked around the bookstore I currently work at for references to a decent C++ "how-to"/learning guide, but the only suggestion that I received was C++ for dummies...needless to say it has helped very little (although I have learned some minor aspects). I just wanted to know how any of you all learned C++, and whether you could maybe suggest a decent guide to learn from. Thank you all!
