Windows 10: My computer keeps blue-screening for no reason,

Recently my desktop has been blue-screening for no reason. I took a look at the event viewer, here is the log:The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.Any help would be greatly appreciated
