Windows 10: pc randomly drops in gpu and cpu usage % in random moments

Hello, ive bought a new pc and its been a little over a month now and recently after installing a 2nd monitor my pc has been acting wierd my specs areintelcorei5-12400f and rtx4070super and 32gb of ram and when i first bought this pc i didnt have any problems, every game i played ran smoothly with high fps on max graphics but recently ive had very wierd experiences where my gpu and cpu usage % randomly drop while gaming. I checked with norton for any viruses and i didnt have any i also checked for all my drivers through nvidia experience and msi centre and my drivers are updated. After i unplu

GPU usage drops randomly to 0% when gaming

My GPU usage drops randomly from 70-100% to 0-10% when im gaming. especially when playing FH4, creates severe lag spikes. Its really annoying. Anyone can help me?

CPU and GPU usage high, fps drop on games

Hi. I usually have around 100fps at Player Unknown Battlegrounds and my CPU usage is normal. From a month or so I get fps drops like 50-100fps and game feels laggy.

Also, when I open the task manager the CPU and GPU usage is really high around 90, 80% and then suddently drops to normal values like 5%.

I checked igfxupdate.exe Windows process - What is it? but it doesn't resolve it.

I noticed that a service svhost is very high on usage, what can I do?
