Windows 10: windows search bar randomly turned massive

my windows search bar just randomly takes a big part of my screen

To turn off windows updates in windows 7 follow these steps:

Click the start button, in the search box type in 'windows updates', click on 'windows update'
in the search results list, in the left side of the windows update window click 'change settings'
then in the option bar select 'Never check for updates'.

 

Search bar at the bottom of the screen randomly pops up while scrolling.

The Search bar at the bottom of the screen randomly pops up while scrolling. It is super frustrating and I cannot get it to stop. I have tried adjusting the mouse settings. Cortana is turned off. Any suggestions?

Sticky keys randomly turning on and arrow keys randomly activate search bar

The sticky keys on my computer randomly turn on. I have them turned off in settings. I do not know what triggers them, but I have to press the shift key and/ or hit ctrl+alt+delete to deactivate them. The computer will also randomly open the search bar in chrome when I am using the arrow keys to scroll. I have no idea why it does this. If I am not on chrome, the search bar on the windows taskbar will randomly open when I am using the arrow keys to scroll. I am very frustrated with my computer doing this and cannot imagine why it would be programmed to do any of this.

Computer is a gigabyte laptop running windows 11.
