Windows 10: Cannot Perform the system check in my HP Desktop

Hello,Whenever I try to perform the system check through the HP application on my desktop, the application unexpectedly closes every time. Below are the event details that have been logged into the event viewer when this issue happened. System freezes at the desktop even after performing clean installation of Windows 10

• Were you able to see any error code/ error message when the system freezes?

Step 1: Now to troubleshoot on it, after the computer boots, I suggest you to check the performance of the system in Safe Mode.
