Windows 10: My Computer keeps blue screening error DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE

HiWhen booting my PC up sometimes it wont load any applications at or and will kind of sit there thinking then after 3 minutes or even longer it will blue screen with Error DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE. I used WinDbg and opened the mini dump file to find it was because of a system device called hdaudbus.sys, i went and checked device manger and found that there was two High Definition Audio bus devices one signed from AMD and one From Microsoft. The AMD one said the device could not start where as the Microsoft could.I tired uninstalling both and letting windows reinstall them on next reboot but

Blue screen error: DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE

I understand that you receive DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE Blue screen error. The DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE bug check has a value of 0x0000009F. This bug check indicates that the driver is in an inconsistent or invalid power state. For more information,

However, it would be great if you can share the Minidump files with us, so that we can analyze them and assist you accordingly. To share the dump files, navigate to
C:\Windows\Minidump, upload the files to OneDrive and share the OneDrive link.



Meanwhile, I suggest you to try booting the computer into Safe Mode and see if you are able to boot the computer into Safe Mode. Refer the steps mentioned in the article

Start your PC in safe mode in Windows 10.



If you are able to boot the computer into Safe Mode with Networking, try performing clean boot on the computer and see if the computer boots.



Performing a clean boot will start the computer with minimal set of drivers and programs, to determine whether a background program is causing the issue. Some of the Startup programs will not load after performing a clean boot on the computer. However,
that functionality will return when you reset the computer to start normally after finishing the troubleshooting.



To perform a clean boot on the computer refer to the article How to perform a
clean boot in Windows.



If performing a clean boot fixes the issue then, please refer to the section
How to determine what is causing the problem after you do a clean boot
to check which program is causing the issue.

Error. Blue Screen

In addition to the above mentioned solutions by Community members, I would like to add the following:

Before we proceed I would like you to answer the following question:

• 
  What is the make and model of your computer?
  
• 
  Did you make any changes prior to the issue?
  

The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.
