Windows 10: My HP laptop as I was waiting for it to switch on, it seems to have reset my stuff like all...

I didn't press anything, I had put in my password and when it unlocked everything was gone and files folders everything. Please may you help me

HP Laptop Boot Loop

I am encountering a boot loop problem with my HP laptop. Upon startup, it shows the HP logo and loading dots for about 11 seconds, then goes to a blank screen for approximately a minute before automatically restarting. The power button does not turn off during this cycle.

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

• Tried hard reset and accessing BIOS/UEFI settings.
  
• Unable to boot into Safe Mode or recovery environment.

Any advice, troubleshooting steps, or insights into what might be causing this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Resetting my HP laptop

Since it is a new HP laptop and you want to reset it, instead of using the Windows 10 Reset, why not use the HP Factory Restore application, it should be located on your Start Menu - the alphabetical list - scroll down to the HP suite of apps and look
for recovery . . .

I may keep HP Support Assistant, but my previous experience with it wasn't overwhelming, and its updater missed updates that were taken outside from the Support Assistance.
