Windows 10: Is there a way to forcefully delete my Windows 11

    Is there a way to forcefully delete my Windows 11


    Please I need help I don’t care about anything on my Pc and I will delete everything I just don’t care and I just want to install a new windows 11 but the system literally doesn’t let me it gives me errors like 0x080070005, access denied or when I try to reset it says it can’t reset at this time, if I insert a SD drive it loads up and takes me all the way to if I wanna reinstall windows 11 or to repair but then it gives me a error if I choose something, also my privacy settings can’t be set on and only off can’t use command prompt, can’t use my task bar, nor my search bar, my pc also freezes
