Windows 10: An error occured when trying to factort reset, no changes occured

Hello, i got a new pc from my uncle, but I have a problem. When i'm trying to factory reset it, an error has occured. And my search bar for some weird reasons has stopped working. Like i can't click on it. I can spam the windows search bar, nothing will happen. Please help

ATI tool error occured`

Everytime i install Ati tool,once i restart my computer,a box will show me that the error occured when open ATI tool,i have try a few version,but the problem didn't change.It just keep tell me that it encounter a problem when open ATI tool and ask me to send error report.
What is the problem?I had already try format my computer and install the other version of Window XP but cannot run it also.

ok well after i clicked load deafult it works fine, goes into os and video, sound dvd all work. it also doesnt occur when i restart it, just when it's left off for some time.
