Windows 10: Need Help Fixing BSOD Issues on b560 DS3H AC-Y1

Hello everyone,I am experiencing constant Blue Screen of Death issues with my PC, and I'm looking for some guidance on how to resolve them. My motherboard model is B560 DS3H AC-Y1, and I have the following event ID's frequently appearing in the logs: Event ID 16 WHEA-Logger related to the PCI Express Root Port also the MOST frequent ID, ID 41 Kernel-Power, ID 7023, ID 7031, ID 7034, ID 6008, ID 56, ID 161, ID 1796. I've noticed that the BSOD occurs at various times: sometimes while I'm watching a Netflix series, playing a game, or even shortly after I turn on my PC and log in-- often wit

And this pc sounds like a prebuilt? B560 DS3H AC-Y1, making it hard to obtain it's actual oem website. I mean you cud try updating bios using the bios file here B560 DS3H AC (rev. 1.0) Support | Motherboard - GIGABYTE U.S.A. but doubt it wud work... As this is a board with Y1 instead of just AC

 

Audio Issue

I thank you for these steps but unfortunately they did not work, my system model is B560 DS3H AC-Y1. Some more info that may be helpful to solving this is that one of the drivers and for my headphones is from Realtek, I've seen many having the issue with them so it may bring some usefulness. Thank you so much for taking the time to write all that out. A few things I have tried already (Network reset, Troubleshooters) with no improvement or problems detected. I tried the driver thing and that seems to have helped for now. I'm nervous about the problem persisting.
