Windows 10: Remote desktop error 0x3 - 0x5

Hello,When trying to connect to a remote desktop i get the error 0x3 / 0x5 because it appears another connection is made with the remote desktop. There is no other connection with this desktop and i can't figure out this error.I am able to connect to other desktops on this network but it is not working for this one.

Pretty much the same for Windows 7.

Go to : Start.

Type in : Remote.

Select : Allow remote access to your computer and open it.

Take the tick ( Check mark ) OUT OFF : Allow remote assistance connections to this computer.

Underneath in the heading : Remote Desktop select : Don`t allow connections to this computer.

Click : Apply then Ok.

1. Are you using the Microsoft remote desktop app?
   

If you are using the Microsoft remote desktop app downloaded from
Microsoft store then, I suggest you to follow the steps to
fix problems with apps from Microsoft Store.



If the issue still persists with the Microsoft remote desktop app, then you can contact the support team by going to the

link and scrolling down to the bottom and clicking on
Microsoft remote desktop support under the Publisher info.



However, if you are using the Remote desktop connection, which comes pre-installed with Windows 10, then I suggest you to please post your question in the
TechNet forum.
