    call of duty Black ops 6 error


    I have downloaded and installed the call of duty bo6 game recently from xbox game pass and also played the game but now it is showing some error. How please tell me how can I solve the issue that I'm facing now.Please help me to fix this error and one more thing that I've also tried some solution by repair and verify the game files again and again and also update my graphics driver gtx nvidia.

    My Laptop model is DELL Inspiron 3542

    4 GB RAM

    64 - bits version

    I installed call of duty black ops. when I click on the game icon then following message is show :

    "It apperars that call of duty black ops did not quit properly the last time it ran.

    Do you want to run the game in safe mode.

    This is recomended for most people.

    It will change your system settings but not your controls."

    Please anwser me about this problem how to fix it.
