Windows 10: I watch a lot of the different videos on MSN and during the video descriptions the word...

Hello Everyone,I hope someone can help me with this as it's driving me crazy trying to understand. I watch many videos on MSN and in almost all of the descriptions for the video, I'll see the word "None" used in the description. Can anyone please tell me why that is?Thank youP.S. I couldn't find a specific category for this problem.

I haven't gotteen to this suggestion yet - but, I've shut down half my Extensions and, now, I get the voice of the Youtube videos - but still not the video. Thought this clue might help.

• Do you receive any error message?
• What is the make and model of the computer?
