Windows 10: Unable to login to account or contact Microsoft Support

Hello all..I really am in need of your help. Unfortunatley I am unable to contact MS support as the Irish number does not work 1800509186 or 00353124207583 it says it cannot be used in my area Dublin and call back does not work online.As of approximately 3 pm yesterday I can no longer log into my MS account. When I try to login using my email address it says "The microsoft account doesnt exist. Please enter a different account"I am at a loss here as to what to do. I created this new account just to make this post. I am really hoping someone can help. That account has everything attached

• Are you able to login with Microsoft account in web?
• What happens exactly when you try to login using Microsoft account?

I suggest you to login to Microsoft account through online login.live.com, if you are able to login to Microsoft account on web then you can reset the password and then try to login and check if the issue persists.

Unable to login with microsoft account

the two-step verification is turned on or you are traveling or using a new device.

• Are you experiencing the sign in issue upon logging in to your computer?
• Are you having the same error when you are trying to sign in to your Microsoft account using a web browser? If yes, is the same issue happening even when you are using other web browsers?
• Have you made any changes to your account before this issue occurred?
• What changes have you made to your computer prior to having this issue?

Microsoft Login

I suggest you to perform Safe Mode with Networking and then try to change the password.

Method 1: Safe mode.

Please follow below steps:

    Click on power button at left bottom corner, press and hold
    Shift key and click on Restart.
    
  • 
    Click on Troubleshoot.
    
  • 
    Click on Advanced options.
    
  • 
    Click on Startup Settings.
    
  • 
    Click on Restart.
    
  • 
    Login to Microsoft Account and create a new administrator account.
    

If you’re not able to login using Microsoft account then refer to below steps and check if it helps.

Method 2:
Activate Inbuilt Administrator Account.

Follow the below steps:

    Click on power button at left bottom corner, press and hold
    Shift key and click on Restart.
    
  • 
    Click on Troubleshoot.
    
  • 
    Click on Advanced options.
    
  • 
    Click on Command Prompt and enter following command.
    
    net user Administrator /active:yes
    

Now reboot your system and login to inbuilt admin account and try to reset password for other account. Once you reset password login to other account and to deactivate inbuilt admin account enter following command in elevated command prompt.

net user Administrator /active:no
